Before we headed back to the west coast, we spent an evening in San Antonio. We caught a boat tour on the Riverwalk, which was a lot of fun. Douglas enjoyed it (although he kept asking me why the guy kept talking and talking). I guess he didn't really care when different buildings were built and who designed them.We got to see the Alamo (although tours were closed for the day by the time we rolled into down). Douglas told us that night that he wanted to stay there longer. I guess we'll have to go back sometime (perhaps not in September when the weather is sticky).

natalya was in san antonio for most of a week late july-early august for her summer visitation.. then they headed over to corpus christi to visit extended family where she enjoyed going to the bay... i'll have to let her know she and douglas have something else in common...(you know, besides gorgeous parents)..
