I just got back from a visit to the bustling metropolis of Abilene, Texas. My sister and her husband both graduated from Abilene Christian Univeristy this week and we were there to celebrate her degree in fine arts and his in history. We are proud of their accomplishments and it was great to visit with the family. In addition, Becca had an art show of her senior work on display at a local gallery.

- www.PailofWater.com - The website for my aunt and uncle, Jill and Jack Maxwell. He is head of the art department at ACU and she is an accomplished artist and educator at Abilene High. The site was put together by their son, Matt, who is a junior at ACU. There are pictures of the outdoor bronze state that Jack is working on for the university and Jill's recent art show, in addition to their church illustrations that have brought them to many national conferences and events.
