What does SPF stand for? Now, I know. It must mean "Silly People Forget," which is exactly what I did yesterday at the company picnic in the park. Douglas did fine with his little hat, but Mommy's shoulders didn't fare so well. Today, we had a BBQ at church and after seeing my red shoulders this morning, Douglas patiently let me rub him down with sunscreen. In this case, I suppose I am living my life in such as way as to be an example to others...of what not to do! The sun didn't keep Douglas from having fun running through the sprinklers at the park!
